Specifically, it is the remedy for helping us to remove all kinds of suffering in both the worldly and spiritual paths.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Parting from the Four Attachments is a popular teaching within the Sakya and other traditions. This specific commentary, however, is presented in a modern context, not just for practitioners but for lay people regardless of religious belief.
