Although it is universally appreciated, many find it challenging to manifest compassion in daily life, and this may be especially true in today&#8217;s competitive world. Buddhism teaches that compassion needs to be cultivated through specific practices. It is said that compassion is the foundation of all Buddhist paths, and especially of the Mahayana.
