His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, bestowed this teaching on May 20, 2014, at the request of Sakya Ling, Reading, United Kingdom.
In this teaching, His Holiness provides us with an overview of the bardo, the intermediate state between death and birth. The teaching highlights the necessary preparation for the deceased and family members during the process of dying and the appropriate practices one can follow to help the deceased.
