His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, bestowed this teaching by video in the summer of 2020, at the request of his devoted students.
In this teaching, His Holiness explains the importance of relying the four reliances, which were taught by Buddha Shakyamuni. His Holiness provides a simple, direct, and comprehensive instruction on how we could rely on these four reliances in our daily life as well as in our spiritual practice. Having relied on them, we will have the right understanding, what we must accept or adopt to make the right decisions in our mundane and spiritual activities.
