His Holiness the Sakya Trichen (the 41st Sakya Trizin) bestowed this teaching on June 5, 2019, at Tsechen Kuncha Ling in Walden, New York.
In this series of teachings, His Holiness instructs us how to thrive in our Dharma learning and practice. In part one, His Holiness describes the prerequisites for students when receiving Dharma teachings and provides a detailed explanation of going for refuge in the Triple Gem, including a meditation on the mind’s nature as the absolute refuge.
