An Explanation of the Avalokiteśvara Sādhana Called All-Pervading Benefit of Beings
Teacher: His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra Rinpoche,
Venue: Online Teaching,
Year: 2021
Description:

His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin, Gyana Vajra Rinpoche bestowed this teaching online, at the request of Sakya Kachod Choling (Sakya Society) on July 10, 2021.

The sadhana composed by the Mahāsiddha Thangtong Gyalpo, is one of the most popular Avalokitesvara practices in Tibet. In this teaching, His Holiness explains the sadhana and, along the way, shares some advice drawing on his personal experiences. He prompts us to review ourselves and to ponder whether our practice is genuine. At the end of the teaching, His Holiness speaks briefly about how we can view difficult circumstances—such as a pandemic—with wisdom.
