At the request of Thubten Phuntsog Choling Monastery in Johor, Malaysia, His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin will be inaugurating this monastery and bestow some teachings to the local community from March 17 to March 24, 2023.

Below is the tentative schedule announced by the organizer:

March 17, 2023 (Friday)

8:45 am: His Holiness and entourage will be received by Yong Peng Sakya Monastery from Kuala Lumpur and depart for Johor.

7:30 pm: Teaching on Parting from the Four Attachments and Meditation Instruction

March 18, 2023 (Saturday)

9:00 am – 5:00 pm: Consecration Puja based on Hevajra ritual.

March 19, 2023 (Monday)

9:00 am: Public Gathering

10:00 am: Opening Ceremony

March 20, 2023 (Tuesday)

6:00 pm: Vajrakilaya Fire Puja

March 21, 2023 (Wednesday)

9:00 am: Namgyalma (Ushnishavijaya) Blessing

Afternoon: Thousand Offerings Puja to Ushnishvijaya

March 22, 2023 (Thursday)

2:00 pm: The Three Deities (Manjushri, Vajrapani, and Avalokitesvara) Initiations

March 23, 2023* (Friday)

9:00 am: Reception by Organizer

10:00 am: Mahavairocana Puja for the Deceased*

3:00 pm: Vairocana Initiation*
