His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, bestowed this teaching by video in the winter of 2021, at the request of his devoted students.

The Lamdré, or the ‘Path Including Its Result,' is the highest teaching in the Sakya school. It consists of two parts. The first is the Triple Vision, a guide for the practice of the entire Sūtrayāna path. The second is the Triple Tantra, a guide to Vajrayāna practice.

In this teaching, His Holiness the 42nd Sakya Trizin, Ratna Vajra Rinpoche, gives a short presentation of the first half, the Triple Vision. He explains in a step-by-step manner the path to ultimate truth or perfect enlightenment on the basis of the Mahāyāna sūtras.

Mastering the teachings of the Triple Vision will set us on a smooth course towards buddhahood. Furthermore, having acquired a thorough understanding of the Triple Vision, we will be able to progress smoothly to the Vajrayāna teachings contained in the Triple Tantra.
