H.E. Ngor Khangsar Rinpoche was born in Kalamentown, Dehradun, India, in 1990.

At the age of seven, he was formally recognized as the reincarnation of H.E Ngor Khangsar 72nd Ngawang Khyentse Thupten Nyingpo Rinpoche by His Holiness the Sakya Trichen, and became the holder of the seat of Khangsar Labrang,

Since then, Rinpoche began to receive countless lineage teachings and transmissions from various teachers. At present, Rinpoche is pursuing tantric studies and fulfilling his duty as a lecturer in Sakya Buddhist Institute Manduwala.
